MEAT CUTTER POSITION OPEN
We are accepting applications for the position of MEAT CUTTER, a permanent, full time position. Various duties include meat cutting, grinding, cleaning, and stocking of product. Must be available daytimes, including weekends. Must be 18 years or older. Applicant should be friendly, adaptable, detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced work environment, and be flexable in the work schedule.
REQUIREMENTS:
MINIMUM ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE, OR RESTAURANT EQUIVALENT, IN MODERATE TO HIGH VOLUME MEAT OPERATION, WITH GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF ALL ASPECTS OF CUTTING, PROCESSING, AND MERCHANDISING. Must be able to lift 80 lbs., stand for long periods of time, and work in a cold environment.
CURRENT FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATE PREFERRED, OR WE WILL SPONSOR THE RIGHT PERSON.
